About: CodeForFolsom Cyber Security boot camp features 2 days of introductory cyber security training for 13-17 year old students. Instruction is led by community college faculty, industry professionals from Intel and State of California. Training sessions developed in collaboration with faculty from CSU Sacramento, industry experts, and opensource cyber security curriculum.
ABOUT YELLOW CIRCLE Yellow Circle Inc is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in California. Our mission is to advance technology education for high-school students, disadvantaged teens and low-income youth through technology boot camps, mentorship programs, internship opportunities, and an online computer lab platform that provides a hands-on experience for learning technology topics. Funding for Yellow Circle Learning Platform is provided by Google for non-profits, Western Digital Foundation, Intel, Rackspace, Quest Technology Management, City of Sacramento RAILS, IBM Bluemix, Sacramento Kings Foundation, Western Digital Foundation, Oracle Foundation, Microsoft, Southbay IT Depot, and over 10,000 individual donors. Yellow Circle's lab platform has been featured in IT World, Sacramento Business Journal, StateScoop, Comstock's Magazine, Sacramento Bee, StartUp Sac, and many more.
