During this 60 minute meditation class, your teacher, Katie Clark, will instruct you on how to create a sustainable seated position and offer techniques on how to stay present during meditation. Following the meditation, your teacher will generate a discussion around the possibility of creating a daily meditation practice as an access to mindfulness. Katie Clark is co-founder of Spotted Dog Yoga in Folsom, CA. She has been teaching yoga and meditation for nearly 10 years.
